Your Brain’s Not Broken—It’s Just on a Loop (And You Can Change It)

Let’s talk about anxiety.

Not the kind you only see in movies—panic attacks in dark rooms and dramatic breakdowns in the rain. I’m talking about real-life, sneakier anxiety.

Like scrolling Instagram for “just 5 minutes” and realizing it’s been an hour.
Like obsessing over an email you haven’t sent yet.
Like overbooking your calendar so you never have to sit still long enough to feel anything real.

Anxiety doesn’t always scream. Sometimes, it disguises itself as busy, productive, funny, spiritual—even “successful.”

I know. I’ve lived it.
And here’s what I want you to know: your brain isn’t the enemy.
It’s just been trained to expect chaos. The good news? That wiring can be reworked.

Wait—So This Is a Brain Thing?

Yeah. It’s not just emotional or spiritual or “a sign you’re weak.”
It’s neurological.

Here’s the quick science-y version:
Your brain loves patterns. Even unhealthy ones. If it’s used to stress, it’ll default to stress. That’s called a neural pathway. The more you think a certain way, the stronger that pathway becomes.

But just like a hiking trail, if you stop walking it and start carving a new one—your brain will follow.

That’s called neuroplasticity, and it’s your brain’s way of saying, “Hey, I can change. Just show me how.”

Where Coaching Comes In

You don’t need another to-do list. You need tools. Frameworks. And someone who can walk beside you while your brain learns a new rhythm.

In my coaching, I blend:
🧠 Neuroscience tools (real strategies—not fluff)
🙏🏽 Spiritual grounding (without the religious guilt trip)
💬 Coaching conversations that are honest, playful, and transformative
🧭 A dash of “let’s get unstuck right now” energy

Whether it’s reframing anxious thoughts, creating habits that calm your nervous system, or unpacking what’s reallybehind the perfectionism—I’m here to help you stop surviving and start feeling like you again.

But Wait, Who Are You Again?

I’m a Cuban-Costa Rican Staten Islander, raised by a powerhouse single mom, and shaped by faith, science, and way too many hours with the Bible Project and Deadpool.

I’ve been a pastor, a project manager, a coach, a counselor-in-training, and a professional overthinker.
But more than anything—I’m someone who believes your story isn’t stuck.

This Is for You If…

  • You look calm on the outside but constantly feel on edge

  • You’re a leader, entrepreneur, or pastor who carries a lot for others—but feels alone in your own stuff

  • You’re trying to trust God and figure out your mental health

  • You’re tired of either over-spiritualizing or over-pathologizing your experience—you just want change that feels real

You’re Not Broken. You’re Becoming.

You don’t need to “fix yourself.” You just need the space, support, and strategy to rewire what life and trauma have taught your brain to expect.

Let’s do that together.
